Hello! My name is Kim and if you're looking to learn a little more about me and my mission, then you're in the right place!
I hold a Master of Science in nutrition and integrative health with a focus in human clinical nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) soon to be The School of Integrative Health at Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU) - our country's first dedicated integrative health institution within a comprehensive university, how cool is that?! I also have a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and small business management, and I’m currently a CNS candidate on track for credentialing in 2025. Under the guidance of an incredible CNS supervisor, I’m excited to grow my practice and support clients on their journey to better health.
My mission is to empower people to take charge of their health by integrating evidence-based nutrition practices with a whole-person approach that honors the interconnectedness of the body. I strive to make health education clear, approachable, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are today.
