Part 1: Initial Consultation In this 90-120 minute initial consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into various aspects of your health, including your family and personal medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, supplement use, and—most importantly—your nutrition. My holistic approach focuses on identifying root causes by looking at your health from a broad perspective. From this comprehensive evaluation, I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your specific goals, whether that’s weight loss, improving metabolism, managing blood sugar, or boosting overall wellness for longevity. My aim is to guide you towards achieving your optimal health at a pace that is comfortable for you. Part 2: Post-Consultation Plan After our consultation, I’ll develop an initial plan and provide educational resources to support you along the way. In this initial consultation follow-up session, we’ll review the plan in detail, discuss the reasoning behind the recommendations, and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. This follow-up also offers a chance to adjust the plan as needed, ensuring that you remain in control of your health journey, with me as your co-pilot offering guidance and support. If scheduling an additional appointment does not fit into your schedule, I'm also happy to provide this information in a detailed follow-up email.
